How do I access the community portal?

The portal is invitation only and intended for Apple Tree Homeowners. To get started please Email us and we will send an invitation. The link to the portal can always be found in the top right of this website.

How do I submit an architecture request?

The easiest way to submit a request in on the community portal. You may download the ACC request form from the portal and submit your request online. Or Email us if you have any questions.

What types of items are required for Architectural approval?

Painting, clearing, grading, construction, roofing and any buildings, fence, wall or any structures require approval. The ACC form is available to download and requests may be submitted using the community portal.
